Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and medical safety reasons, all cranial prosthesis (medical wigs) are final sale.

Each unit is considered a custom or medical-grade product, designed for individuals experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions.

Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Worn wigs
   
• Customized units
   
• Altered or styled wigs
   
• Any product that has been used or removed from its original condition
   

Consultation & Custom Orders

All consultations, fittings, and customizations are non-refundable.

We work closely with each client to ensure proper selection of:

• Texture
   
• Length
   
• Color
   
• Fit
   

It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve selections before finalizing their order.

Order Issues / Exceptions

We may offer a resolution only if:

• The wrong item was received
   
• The product arrived damaged
   

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Insurance & Reimbursement Policy

Purdy Medical Wigs provides consultation and support services for insurance reimbursement; however:

• We do not guarantee insurance approval or coverage
   
• Coverage varies by provider and individual plan
   
• Clients are responsible for payment of all products and services
   

If applicable, clients may submit their purchase for insurance reimbursement independently

Payments

All payments made for:

• Medical wigs
   
• Consultations
   
• Insurance assistance services
   

are non-refundable
